As a derivative industry of Gum Rosin, PT Indopicri has various kinds of Gum Rosin derivatives, namely Rosin Size and Rosin Ester. Rosin Size is used in the paper industry as a Sizing Agent and Rosin ester is widely used in the Paint, Glue, Ink and Road Marking Industries.
Rosin ester for road marking resin base can be used as a substitute for C5 petroleum which is widely used in Indonesia. Whereas Rosin ester for the basis of road marking resin has actually been widely used in Europe, USA, Middle East and several Asian countries. As the biggest player in Indonesia, we hope that Rosin Ester for the basis of road marking resin will become a major player and increase the Level of Domestic Demand ( TKDN ) in the process of making road marking paint in accordance with the government’s mandate to use domestic products. We really need support and support from the Government so that Rosin ester can become the host in Indonesia.
