DESCRIPTION
ICPC RESIN IPR-095 is a pentaerythritol rosin ester resin. It is formulated for use as a tackifier in solvent-based and hot-melt adhesive, coating, and rubber industry applications that exhibit good tack and compatibility.
APPLICATIONS
As a tackifier in solvent-based and hot melt adhesive, coating, and rubber industry applications where good tack, drying speed, compatibility, and stability are required.
FEATURES
• Good adhesion properties, abrasion resistance, good heat stability and affinity, staining resistance.
• Soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents. Also good solubility in esters and ketones, but insoluble in alcohol solvents. It is soluble in vegetable oils in cold blended as a white spirit solution.
• Compatible with EVA copolymer, SBR, natural rubber, chlorinated rubber, neoprene, acrylic polymers, hydrocarbon resins, titanium dioxide, and other fillers.
PACKAGING
Polypropylene woven bag with PE inner bag, 25 kg net. Kraft paper bag with PP laminated and PE inner bag, 25 kg net.
STORAGE
The product should be stored under cover in a dry, clean, and well ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks, and other sources of ignition. No smoking. The product is prone to slow oxidation, and it is recommended that it be used on a first-in, first-out basis.
