INDOSTRENGTH W 813 is a cationic reaction product of polyamine and epichlorohydrin specifically manufactured for the paper industry.

INDOSTRENGTH W 813 is designed to provide wet strength, i.e., production of tissue, toweling paper and board.

INDOSTRENGTH W 813 canalso be used asa Yankee cylinder adhesion/creeping aid in the production of tissueandother creepgrades.

APPLICATIONS:

INDOSTRENGTH W 813 canbeadded to thesystem asreceivedor canbe diluted with cleantap water at 20% concentration to achieve maximumdispersion and effectiveness. Addition rates vary depending onpaper grades and desired strength but it’s usually between1– 10dry kilogramsper ton is found to besufficient, using appropriate metering pump. INDOSTRENGTH W 813 should be added to thestock system where thefiber consistencyis 2 –4%. Typical addition point is at the machine chest to provide necessarywell time. Change in application point will also depend onother wet end chemical additivesmaximizing each purpose and performance.
