DESCRIPTION
INDOSIZE CR 835 is rosin based dispersion product meant for rendering paper and board hydrophobic. The product was developed to provide efficient, fast and evenly spread hydrophobic sizing for high-quality fine paper, printing paper and board made of virgin or recycled pulp. The sizing is generated in acidic and neutral processes.
APPLICATIONS
To ensure a uniform sizing degree, we recommend that INDOSIZE CR 835 is added to a point with good mixture. Usually the size is dosed to the thick stock. The optimum dosage of aluminum sulphate, PAC or PAS once determined should be kept constant without adjusting to acidity. Corrections of the pH-value should be carried out in the pulper or in the machine chest. The best sizing degree is achieved by optimizing the dosage on each machine.
