DESCRIPTION
INDOCAM PA 260 is highly charged medium molecular weight organic coagulant developed for both industrial and municipal waste treatment. INDOCAM PA 260 works by neutralizing the negatively charge particles, bringing them close together by resulting to a neutralized or destabilized colloid or floc. Since INDOCAM PA 260 is an all-organic polymer it adds no ash to the settled and thickened solids, therefore minimizing sludge volumes.
APPLICATION
INDOCAM PA 260 can be fed neat, however, for optimum results solution preparation of 10-20% concentration is suggested to ensure good mixing dispersion to the system. A suitable metering pump should be used to inject INDOCAM PA 260 , usually to areas of good turbulence. Proper dosage is determined by jar test procedure. Optimum dosage will vary depending on application such as :
- Clarification 1-15 ppm
- Direct Filtration 0.5-15 ppm
- Sludge Thickening 1-80 ppm
- Sludge Dewatering 10-80 kgs/ton
- Solids Process Deinking 20-80 ppm
