DFR 675 C is multipurpose oil-based antifoam specially formulated to prevent and control foam information over abroadpH range. It consist of a blend of polyglycols in a hydrocarbon solvent carrier. DFR 675 C is veryversatile antifoam and should be evaluated in all processandwaste water applications. It is effectively usedin wet-end applications suchas foam formation control andstock deaeration in paper-making systems. It is also excellent antifoam for coating color solutions.
USAGE :
DFR 675 C is 100% concentration and highly active antifoam where its dosage dependson particular application. It is easily emulsified in the water, producing amilkywhite that ensures maximumeffectiveness. Typical dosage levels are ;
- Wet-End : 0.1 – 0.5kg/tonof dryfiber.
- Coating : 0.1 – 1.0 kg/ton of coating solids
- Waste Water : 1- 50 ppm on aflow rate basis
